Return Policy: 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy for eligible items. Please review the details below:

Conditions for Return:

  • Initiation Period: You have a 3 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request.  ONLY for (Manufacturing Defects) 14 days are  guaranteed.
  • Item Condition: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received from the courier. It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Inspection and Refund:

  • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • Refund Process: If the item meets the criteria, a refund will be processed with Bank Transfer or through Instapay within a maximum of seven (7) business days. As well, shipping fees will be paid in full by the customer

نعتبر رضائك أولويتنا في كل عملية شراء. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن طلبك، نقدم سياسة إرجاع  للمنتجات المؤهلة للأسترجاع. يرجى مراجعة التفاصيل أدناه:

شروط الاسترجاع

  • الفترة الزمنية: لديك نافذة زمنية تبلغ ثلاث ايام من تاريخ الاستلام لبدء طلب الاسترجاع.  فقط في حاله (عيوب الصناعه) يسمح ب 14 يوم للاسترجاع.
  • حالة المنتج: للتأهل لطلب مرتجع، يجب أن يكون العنصر في نفس حالة الاستلام من قبل شركة الشحن. يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم، غير تالف، وفي التعبئة الأصلية.

المعاينة والاسترداد

  • المعاينة: عند استلام المنتج المرسل، سيقوم فريقنا بفحصه لضمان توافقه مع شروط الإرجاع.
  • عملية الاسترداد: إذا توافق العنصر مع المعايير، سيتم معالجة استرداد عبر التحويل البنكي أو من خلال إنستاباي خلال فترة لا .تتجاوز سبع (٧) أيام عمل. ويتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن كاملة
