What materials are your rugs made of?
Our rugs are proudly made in Egypt using a variety of materials. Mainly, we use Chenille Cotton and Velvet Janja for the top side, along with an anti-slippery backing featuring dots.
The body of the rug contains a certain type of velt which is originally a plastic material that replaces the wool inside the rug.
Are the products handmade?
Our products undergo machine weaving processes, but the wrinkles are meticulously handcrafted to ensure quality.
What makes your products special?
We take pride in being direct sellers from the factory, ensuring affordability and competitiveness in pricing. Those rugs are originally deigned to be unique from the local market with exporting standards.
How should I care for my rug?
Designed for convenience, our rugs can be easily tossed in the washer when needed, ensuring they remain fresh and clean.
Unfold your rug as soon as you recieve to allow it to begin settling.
It may take few days for your Rug lay flat. We recommend vacuuming your Rug upon arrival
Do you have a physical store?
While we don't have a brick-and-mortar store yet, you can find us online and at various events, shows, and exhibitions throughout Cairo.

What is your return policy?
You have a generous 14-day window from the date of receipt to return or exchange your order hassle-free. But make sure of that we don't accept return unless we receive a picture of our rug in it's original package and as received.
How much and how long does shipping cost and take?
Shipping costs are determined by your chosen delivery method, typically the standard delivery, which usually takes between 3 to 5 business days.
You'll receive an email confirmation from our team before shipment, along with a tracking number to monitor your order's journey.
